This is a complex problem and cannot be answered without all details: Where in the body is your tumor? Have you had a biopsy carried out – is the tumor benign or malignant? Since when is it there? What medication or surgical remedies have you resorted to?

Frankly, by itself, Yoga cannot handle tumors; there is only alternative therapy, that too can be given  only after providing all details.
