I’m afraid, Yoga by itself will not help in restoring absolute normalcy. Why don’t you go in for surgery? Today medical science has hi-tech, state-of-the-art technology and techniques. However, Yoga will help alleviate the condition. Do click on this URL: http://www.yogawiz.com/health-issues-and-yoga/yoga-poses-for-bulging-discs.html.
