Exercise for weight gain
i am a 24 year old girl.i have a height of 5'6 inches, but my weight is just 35 kg's.I am so under- weight and want to gain weight.i loose all my confidence because of this

Regular practise of Pranayama (especially Kapalbhati and Anuloma Viloma) results in increase in weight. Combination foods like milk with Banana, Ashwagandha churna can also help.
