Yoga for breast size

Is there any asana to reduce the size of the breasts. Or atleast to stop it growing further?

A change in a woman’s breast size occurs due to various reasons such as use of contraceptive pills, menstrual cycle, age, and change in body weight.  Power yoga asanas for breast reduction include various poses, and many women vouch about the benefit of such exercises. The breathing exercises, meditation and postures involved in yoga are extremely beneficial and one can see excellent results when they use yoga asanas to reduce breast size. Keep in mind that yoga asanas to reduce breast size affect not only your breasts but your entire body. Breasts are made up exclusively of fat, and yoga asanas to lower breast size will work on your chest muscles and upper back.    
One of the main yoga asanas to control breast size is the Head Stand Pose, or Sirsasana. In this pose, you have to stand on your head upside down. When you do this, the blood will flow towards your heart and head as a result of gravity. Keep in mind that since the Head Stand is an extremely advanced posture, it is important that you perform it under the guidance of trained yoga instructor. Try and include this practice in any set of yoga asanas to reduce breast size.
Some other yoga asanas to lower breast size include the Semi-wheel Pose, Wheel Pose and the Fish Pose, all of which help cut down the extra weight in your body including your chest region, thereby giving your breasts a smaller appearance. Another important yoga asana to reduce breast size is the Arm Stretch Pose. Here you have to sit down with bent knees and your toes pressed to the floor. You then have to touch the floor keeping your hands at your back. Then lift your hands slowly towards your shoulder and inhale deeply. Finally lift your hands upward while exhaling. For this exercise to be effective, make sure you repeat it many times.  This posture is not only extremely beneficial for breasts but also for your trunk region. All in all, yoga asanas to reduce breast size are very effective in reducing the fat deposits that are present near your breast region.
Apart from the yoga asanas to reduce breast size, some yoga asanas help tone the breasts and tighten chest muscles. Asanas such as Inverted Leg Stretch, or Viparita Karani, Headstand Pose, or Sirsasana, and other backbend yoga poses are great to uplift your breasts as they help in opposing the gravitational force that pulls your breasts downwards. Other poses such as Dwikonasana, Ushtrashasana, and Bhujangasana help strengthen your pectorals and correct your body posture. Correct body posture can give your breasts a firm and uplifted look. In addition, there are a number of Pilates asanas to reduce breast size; most of these are similar to the yoga asanas. Also, yoga pranayama can be done to reduce breast size. The controlled breathing that is part of pranayama helps to strengthen and tighten the chest muscles, thereby aiding breast reduction.

The size of your breasts is mostly determined through your genes and genetics. Taking a look at other females in your family may give you an idea of how large your breast may become. Yoga cannot reduce the general size of your breasts or stop them from getting larger. However,if your breast size is partially caused by fat,then increasing your cardio activity may help reduce the fat in your breasts. Increasing cardio will help increase your metabolic rate that eats up the excess calories that cause fat.  

You may benefit from practicing more high energy yoga styles such as Ashtanga or Power Yoga. Both styles are faster than other types of yoga, such as Hatha and Kundalini.They incorporate faster Sun Salutations and strength poses, which will get your heart rate up and burn more calories. However, you want to be careful not to build up too much muscle in your chest area, as this may actually increase the size of your breasts. Power yoga may also be done in a heated room that may also increase your metabolic rate, thereby burning more calories.  

Realistically,you will see overall toning of your body rather than just a reduction in your breast size through Ashtanga and Power yoga.
