However, while some women may get pregnant within a month of two or trying, others could take a year or more. It is quite common for them to consult family, friends and relatives who have already been through the pregnancy process. Others may turn to books and online resources for helpful tips on pregnancy. However, there have also been a few helpful tips for women who want to get pregnant, recommended by doctors and health experts.

Some of the most commonly recommended helpful tips for getting pregnant are:

  • Getting a preconception checkup and asking a doctor about prenatal vitamins, which include folic acid. Any underlying medical condition that a woman may be suffering from should be highlighted before she becomes pregnant.
  • Following a healthy diet, which includes a lot of vitamins, minerals, proteins, fiber, iron and other essential nutrients

  • Avoiding any factors that can lead to stress, which messes up the ovulation process. Techniques like yoga, meditation, acupuncture and deep breathing are known to help reduce stress and can therefore help improve the chances of getting pregnant.
  • Cutting down on bad habits like smoking and drinking

There are several women who spend a lot of money, not to mention hours, at beauty salons in order to look young and beautiful. However, not all women can afford to do that. their beauty naturally, without wasting a lot of time and money.

Helpful skin care tips recommended by most skin and beauty experts include:

  • Wearing makeup only on certain occasions and removing it completely, before going to bed
  • Exfoliating the skin gently, in order to get rid of the dead cells, so that new cells can take their place and add a natural glow to the skin.
  • Following a nutritious diet, which is very high in fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water each day
  • Avoiding the use of skin creams and lotions, which may contain harsh chemicals and using natural ingredients, like lemon juice, cucumbers, potato, honey, milk, yogurt and rose water, among others.

While the helpful tips on skin care as well as getting pregnant, that have been mentioned above are fairly safe and can be used by most women, it is best to consult a doctor, before using any of them.
