Prostate cancer is usually treated though new age medical treatments such as chemotherapy, surgery as well as radiation. The pose begins with you taking a stride that is a little stretched but comfortable enough and the right foot should face the top of the mat while the front heel needs to be aligned with the back heel. Bring your arms to a T position at shoulder height and extend your body as much as possible. Hold this position till you feel a strain and then return to starting position before performing the same pose on the other side of the body.
