IM 26 year old and i want to increase my breasts. is there any home remedy or yoga exercise which can help me ?

Until a few years ago, women only had the option of breast enhancement surgery to increase the size of their breasts. Today there are many alternative methods available such as herbal remedies and exercise. These are inexpensive and non-invasive and hence are preferred by a large number of women. Herbal supplements contain certain natural ingredients that are believed to improve breast size over a period of time. These may be available in the form of pills or ointments. Yoga exercise for breast enlargement is also becoming increasingly popular today as yoga has many health benefits.
Yoga exercises for breast enlargement aren’t really meant to increase your breast size, but the effects of the exercise do create that appearance. It must be kept in mind that the female breast is not composed of muscle, but of adipose fat and glandular tissue. Therefore yoga fitness for breast enlargement aims at developing the muscles that surround the breast. These are the chest muscles beneath the breast, also known as pectoral muscles. The breasts become firm and improve in size and appearance when these muscles are toned. A yoga workout for breast enlargement should include poses or asanas such as Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) which help to stretch and tone the chest muscles. To perform the tree pose, stand with your feet slightly apart and arms by the side. Then bend the right knee and place the heel against the left inner thigh. Once you find your balance, join your palms at the chest and slowly raise them up above your head. Hold for 5 to 7 breaths and release as you exhale. Repeat with the left leg.
Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Spinal Twist) is another yoga pose which is known to be beneficial in enhancing breast size. To perform this pose, sit with your legs extended in front of you. Fold your right leg and slide it beneath the left leg so that the right ankle is touching the left thigh.  Place the hands on the ground and twist your body towards the right. Then place the left hand on the right foot, turn your face towards the right so that it aligns with the right shoulder. Repeat for the other side. Yoga aerobics for breast enlargement involves more rigorous movements which enhance cardiovascular activity. These exercises may also be tried for natural breast enhancement along with overall physical fitness. Many women also obtain benefit from pilates. Pilates exercise for breast enlargement also focuses on toning and strengthening the muscles that support the breasts. Done regularly, these exercises can be effectively used for natural breast enlargement.

Yoga poses for breast size

It is a difficult task to increase the size of breasts at the age of 26. To understand a little more on how breasts develop you must consider what causes the growth of breast tissues. The size of breasts depends upon the consequences of certain hormones such as progesterone, estrogen and prolactin. The presence of these hormonal matters in the body is essential to the development of breasts. Of the amounts of these hormones are smaller than breast size will be smaller than some who have greater amounts present in the body. In reality the hormone estrogen is responsible to a large extent for the development of breast size. More importantly the size of breasts also depends upon the genes you carry.

Swimming, massage techniques and certain forms of yoga exercises are known to stimulate breast growth. Massaging breast tissue in a particular way helps to stimulate the hormones and induce breast size. As a home remedy you could try consuming sesame seeds and fenugreek seeds in your diet and also taking supplements such as evening primrose oil and vitamin E. Also incorporate foods rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron and proteins.

Yogasanas such as Vrikshasana and Stabdhasana and also Surya Namaskar will help to build the chest thus influence breast development.
