Breast increasing exercise

im 24 years old ,my brest size is 30 ,i took many medicines to increase it,but still now i didn't get any good result.tell me some yoga or any other way so that solve my problems

The breasts in both male and female humans are formed from the same tissue. Around the time of puberty, the hormone estrogen kicks in and the formation of the breasts begins. This makes female breasts much more prominent than male breasts. The female breasts are made up of mammary glands that are designed to produce milk which is essential for young babies. This is one of the primary functions of the mother after child birth because mother’s milk is considered to be full of nutrition. The size and shape of the breasts are different for every woman. Some women have naturally larger breasts while others are naturally smaller. The differing shapes of breasts mean that some women have breasts that sag while others have firmer more rounded breasts. Unfortunately the emphasis on external appearances and the male obsession with breast size has fuelled insecurities and self esteem issues among women who see themselves as being small breasted. Many seek enlargement through surgical methods, but this is an unhealthy practice and breast increase exercises and similar natural practices are a lot safer.
There are some breast increase exercises that can be used to improve the size of the breasts. It should be noted that the breasts are partly made up of fatty tissue. Any girl or woman who is underweight will naturally have smaller breasts because of the lack of fat in the body. the aim of a breast increase workout is to improve the woman’s posture and general health so that her body appears more toned. This will, itself, allow the breasts to appear more prominent. Breast size increase exercises don’t work overnight and you will not notice any changes immediately.
Chest exercises are useful for breast size increase. This is because these exercises tighten and improve the size of the muscles on the chest wall. The breasts of a woman rise out of the chest wall and any improvement in the condition of the chest is likely to improve the size of the breasts. There are some breast increase yoga poses, including most forward or backward bends. Backward bends tend to stretch open the chest and a series of these positions may help to tone the abdomen and the chest. A woman seeking to increase her bust size should also follow a healthy diet so that her body mass index is not on the lower side as fat storage is essential for breast size. You can also achieve a breast increase with fitness routines like breast increase aerobics and other breast increase workouts.

Practice of Asanas (all forward and backward bending poses, sarvangasana) and Prayanamas (kapalbhati and Anuloma and viloma) for considerable period of time can help in this regard. Dont expect any immediate result from this.
