Over time, the teachings of the Yoga teachers started to be compiled into books, which started to sell. This was when people took to learning Yoga from books. Later, as technology advanced, devotees started recording the voices of their Gurus and teachers. These teachings were collected in audio cassettes and sold for people to listen to and learn. Enter the digital era and people started learning Yoga from videos, CDs and DVDs.
Enter the e-age and online learning – today you get even Yoga lessons online. There are literally millions of sites in cyberspace, some thousand of which may be devoted to Yoga. Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, you name the type, sort and style of Yoga, there is a site out there dedicated to Yoga lessons online. Not that there is any harm in learning online either. Just surf the Net wisely, browse as many sites as you can before deciding upon one then feel free to learn
