Power Yoga for Kids

Fitness is very important for children.

There are always complaints that kids and students don’t understand what is taught to them.



Rather than complain, why don’t we try different techniques of inculcating and applying all the methods possible to better the teaching process. Our ability to impart knowledge and others’ ability to learn and understand are both two sides of the same issue.
