Yoga should be practiced on regular basis and hence when practiced regularly it helps in reduction of the extra deposits of fat in the belly region and the limbs. Along with weight reduction, it also imparts proper shape to the body. It helps in the reduction of stress and strain and provides a feeling of rejuvenation.
