Yoga for glowing skin?


Yoga exercises help to obtain glowing skin as it provides freedom from constipation and helps in the removal of the toxins from the body. It gives feeling of comfort and also imparts glowing skin. Breathing exercises help to increase the self awareness of the human body and at the same time assists to provide better blood circulation in the human body. Blood circulation increases the amount of oxygen carried to various organs of the body which offers relaxation to the facial muscles and imparts a natural glow to the skin.

Various asanas like tadasana (Mountain Pose), chakrasana (wheel pose), cobra pose, pranayam, sun salutation helps to provide exercise to all the organs of the body and better circulation of the blood.

Breathing exercises along with perfect body posture should be held for sometime so as to enjoy better results from the practice of yoga. Yoga helps to balance the hormones and boosts the amount of oxygen in the body. This provides rejuvenation to the muscles and prevents them from dryness and other skin irritations due to exposure to chemicals in the environment.

Yoga helps in the removal of toxins from the body by proper regulation of the excretory system so that internal purification provides better and glowing skin from outside. It reduces the wrinkles on the face and also removes the dark circles around the eyes.

If the body has skin infections then special care should be taken care so as to avoid further damage to the affected organ. Yoga heals these areas with proper blood circulation and appropriate muscle relaxation.

Special mudra (finger combination) called varun mudra which involves connecting the tip of the thumb and the smallest finger, this pose helps to impart facial glow as they are the pressure points for the facial muscles. It also helps to remove dryness of the skin as it provides the essential nutrients required for the rejuvenating skin.

Yogic massage for the face and eyes also shows great results and provides better and glowing skin. This massage not only helps to achieve a facial glow but yoga helps to have a glowing skin all over the body. Application of turmeric and intake of turmeric in the daily diet also provides glowing skin and it also works as an antibiotic and also increases the immunity of the human body. Yoga helps in providing relief from other ailments like constipation by removal of toxins from the body and aids in better digestion.
