Yoga exercise for breast

IM 23 year old and i want to increase my breasts. is there any home remedy or yoga exercise which can help me ?


Yoga exercise for breast 

If you are under your ideal body weight then you can easily gain some weight, your breast will also look fuller in this way. Besides you can try these yoga exercises to build up the breast muscles –

  1. Sitting pose – sit on a yoga mat in with your legs crossed and hands folded in such a way that you are ready to pray. Touch both the palms together. Now press the base of your palm hard and hold it for 10 seconds. Repeat this for 10 times at a time. You can do this 2-3 times a day, as this is a simple exercise and can be done easily.
  2. Bhujangasana or cobra pose – lie on the floor flat on your stomach. Stretch the top of the toes on the floor and hands under your shoulders on the floor. Raise your body from the waist and hug the elbows back in to your body. Press the rest of the body that is the thighs, pelvis and feet firmly in the ground. Inhale and start to straighten the arms to lift the chest off the floor. Only go to a height which is comfortable and you can maintain. Lift the pubis towards the navel and press the tailbone towards the pubis. Keep your buttocks firm. Hold in this pose for 15 seconds while breathing easily. Exhale and release back to the floor slowly.
