Yoga for reducing fats

The following yoga technique is specifically designed to stretch and tone the hip muscles and the thighs, while reducing the fat and toning the muscles -
The Tortoise Pose - Sit on the floor with a straightened back and allow your legs to extend before you. Support your back body behind with the help of your hands as you place your hands behind you. Gently spread apart your legs as wide as it can get; please remember to be comfortable while doing so. Do not stretch further than what your legs can take. Attempt at pushing your pelvis forward in order to make the most of the stretch. Extend both the hands above your head while joining your palms together in a manner of a prayer at the same time straightening the back. Keep the back straight, reach ahead and clasp your ankles or your calves. Maintain this stretch for at least 20 to 30 seconds. Relax and repeat this technique by raising and lowering your hands several times. Every time you reprise the exercise, gently try to push your pelvis further slightly forward, increasing with each stretch. As you do so, the pushing and stretching helps to stretch and tone up the inner thigh muscles.
