hey please advice how can i reduce fat at back of shoulders??


Yoga for reducing fats 

Yoga is a form of exercise or work out for the entire body. It is an overall exercise to reduce fat and promote weight loss in the individual. Even with specific asanas such as the Shoulder Stand also known as the Sarvangasana, the entire body is benefitted from this form of exercise as it not only helps to tone the shoulders but also rejuvenates the entire body. The Shoulder Stand or Sarvangasana, stimulates and rejuvenates the body muscles overall. In this asana, you will build both power and mould a new structure of your back if done consistently and on a daily basis. Sarvangasana also relaxes tension in well-known stress regions such as the neck and the lower back. Moreover you can also be assured of stronger muscles in the lower back region. The muscles in the lower back chest and shoulder regions will be more flexible and you will also assume a straighter posture.

The Sarvangasana is one of the most cherished asanas, which promotes overall well-being of the body. In Sarvangasana the entire body weight rests on the shoulders, while the neck and upper back areas are stretched as far as the body can. Those who are attempting begin must practice the Sarvangasana in a gradual manner way and slowly attempt to achieve the full posture.
