Can yoga prevent hair loss?

While the hair serves no significant medical purpose in the human body, it provides a very substantial aesthetic quality to a persons overall appearance and is help in high regard and appreciated when treated well enough to enhance a person’s look substantially. Despite the fact that the hair has no medical importance in the human body, it is often considered to be a barometer used by many doctors all over the world to gauge the overall health of the body. To elaborate, the hair cells are some of the fastest growing cells in the body and, as a result, require substantial amounts of energy in order to grow. Then, you can begin the practice of the yoga for thinning hair poses.  

In addition to trying the yoga poses for hair loss mentioned above, it is also beneficial to get regular head massages, using any warm oil like coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil or even olive oil. The motion of your fingers on the scalp helps to stimulate the circulation of the blood directly to the hair follicles, which increases the growth of hair, strengthens the follicles and reduces hair fall.

Even though Hair Loss is connected to stress and worries, it is often, also hereditary and genetic. Remedy for hair loss would definitely include lots of relaxation, pranayamas such as Kapalabhati and Anuloma-Viloma, cleansing kriyas and a Yoga diet. In a few months of regular practice, if not in weeks, you are bound to see results .
