Question on Weight and height

Im 19yr old female.my height is 5'1" & my weight is 53.I look stout.Pls tell me how to increase height and reduce my weight?
(August 22, 2007)

Your ideal body weight is 47 kgs for your height, based on your age.

If you have a small body frame (i.e small bone structure) then you can subtract 10% from 47 and that should be your ideal weight. For a large bone structure, you can add 10% to 47 for your ideal weight.

Assuming that you are medium frame, your ideal body weight is 47 kgs. Hence, I can say that you are slightly overweight.
