I have a big lump and 3 small ones on my head. What pranayama should I do to cure it?

Let us be clear about this. Pranayama or yogic breathing can benefit you in many different ways but it almost definitely cannot cure lumps on your head!

Pranayama can help you to reduce your breathing rate from about 15 breaths a minute to about 6 breaths a minute. This can lead to a reduction of your heart rate thereby lowering wear and tear of the heart muscle and increasing longevity. Blood circulation too improves. It also reduces the wear and tear of the internal organs. The autonomic system comprising of the lungs, heart, diaphragm, abdomen, intestines, kidneys and pancreas all function better. Digestion improves and disorders of the digestive system such as gastric reflux and heartburn can be cured. Pranayama also increases energy levels in the body, banishing fatigue and rejuvenating you.

Lumps on the head whether big or small, can be caused by a variety of factors. You could have suffered a fall or a knock to the head which has caused the lumps. They could be cysts or growths just under the skin or something more serious. Whatever the cause, you should have them checked out by a doctor as they could have serious implications for your health.
