You could pick a trail that you like and apart from burning calories being out in the open can also help to lift your spirits and help you relax. Nowadays indoor stationary bikes are also available and those work very well for people who are busy and have a tight schedule. Both walking and biking have their benefits, it can help you cut down you cholesterol and help to keep your weight in check, lower your blood pressure, cut down drastically on your calories and tone your body. There are some drawbacks too, like sore joints and muscles, cramps and pains in your foot, knee and calves. But in spite of these risks walking and biking are indeed very simple and efficient ways to stay fit. Being eco friendly, busy commuters can get a dual benefit if the walk out or cycle the distance to work that way you can get time to exercise and do your bit fight pollution and save the planet.
