Yoga For Sagging Breasts

Every woman wants to have a good figure in today’s world of fashion and fitness. Hence, it is not uncommon to see women go on diets and work out for hours, just to get the kind of body they want. Unfortunately, there are several women who face the problem of saggy breast. Since the breasts are the sole organs, which are actually on the outside of the body frame of the woman, they could have the problem of sagging, because of the earth’s gravitational force. Also known as ptosis, saggy breasts occurs when a woman’s breasts lose some or most of their firmness and look like they are drooping and sagging. Most people think that saggy breast after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss is normal. Also, many people believe that this problem is a normal sign of the aging process. However, it is also possible to see many girls who have faced the problem of saggy breast at a young age, due to several factors. A woman’s body type plays a very important role in the firmness of her breasts. For example it is seen that women who have larger breasts generally suffer from saggy breast and skin problems much faster, as compared to those women who are lighter in the chest area.

This could be quite an embarrassing problem in women, as it makes them appear much older than they are. Moreover, because of the sagginess, women may find it impossible to wear some of their favorite clothes, just because they are clingy or fitting. Many younger women who face this problem are interested in taking steps to rectify it. Unfortunately, since this issue is a bit sensitive in nature, there are many women who are not comfortable discussing it with others, which even includes their medical health care providers, since it is not as easy as seeking information on, for example, how to get rid of black spots on face. Moreover, in order to known how to get rid of saggy breasts, it may be best for women to understand the factors that could have caused the problem in the first place.

Causes Of Saggy Breasts In Women

One of the most important factors that could cause saggy breasts is the bra that a woman wears. This is more common in younger women, who either do not wear a bra for a long period of time, or even those who wear bras, of the wrong fit, which do not provide the breasts with an adequate amount of support. This is why girls are advised that in order to avoid the problem of saggy breast one should not wear bras that are loose or do not fit well, and wear the right bra at appropriate times.

Of course, women who have been through pregnancy and childbirth are a lot more prone to saggy breasts, especially if they are breastfeeding their babies. Pregnancy brings about several changes in a woman’s body, which also includes changes in the breasts. During the course of pregnancy, a woman’s breasts generally become larger, as milk fills into them, in preparation of breastfeeding. Unfortunately, most women continue to experience the problem of saggy breasts after breastfeeding even when they stop feeding their babies.

Women who have been morbidly overweight at some point in life are also very likely to see saggy breasts after weight loss. This is because many of the weight loss techniques reduce the amount of fat accumulated around the breast tissues. Hence, without the support of the additional fat, it is quite likely for the breasts to droop, unless women practice saggy breast exercises right from the time they start losing weight.

How To Get Rid Of Sagging Breast?

The most effective way of dealing with saggy breasts is wearing a proper bra, that is neither too lose, nor too tight. The perfect saggy breast bra should have strong support holders at the bottom of the bra cups, so that they can lift the breasts up and help them stay firm.

There are many commercial products, like a saggy breast cream, bra, oil or lotion, in the market, which claim to help treat the problem, making promises of saggy breast no more.

Yet other women are known to seek a saggy breast fix in the form of different services, some of which include massage therapy and exercises to increase firmness in the breasts.

The use of home remedies, like ice packs and breast masks are also effective for saggy breast augmentation.

In some cases, women also go in for a saggy breast lift or implants, to improve their figures. However, saggy breast lift with implants is usually expensive, which is why not many women can afford them.

All inverted poses help in checking sagging breasts as well as - to a certain extent - in reversing the condition. A good suggestion would be lots of Viparita Karani, Sarvangasana and Sirshasana.
