Your height is determined by a number of factors, the predominant ones being your genes. Most people stop growing perceptibly taller once they hit the age of seventeen. You may put on a couple of inches during the course of the next few years, but this is pretty much the height you are going to remain at for the rest of your height.

Practice sitting in the Sukhasana everyday and you will find a noticeable difference in the way you carry yourself in a matter of weeks.
