Yoga for height

I am a 21 year old male. I stand 5'8''. My father is 5'11'. Please suggest yogic exercises to increase height? by what margin does height increase in a year?

Height, for the most part, is hereditary and depends on genetic conditions. Yoga can certainly help. But if you’ve started practising Yoga or swimming and cycling or aerobics or gymnastics before the age of 14, they normally help add an inch or two over and above your normal growth.
