Unfortunately, overall height is generally achieved by age 18 or 19, with some males growing until age 20. The best indicators of height are your relatives, particularly relatives of the same sex as you. Therefore, if your parents are short, then it is unlikely you will be very tall yourself. The practice of yoga will not make you grow anymore than you are already genetically predetermined to grow.
However, you may gain an extra centimeter or two by practicing yoga, especially focusing on asanas for your back and spine. If this interests you, try poses such as bridge pose, spinal twists and thread the needle pose. Remember to breathe deep while completing the poses and do not push yourself too hard. The purpose of yoga is to relax, not strain. These poses will hopefully release some tension from your spine and back and allow you to stand up more straight.
You may also benefit from some standing poses, including tree pose and prayer pose. Remember to be aware of your back when you are standing and push through your feet and the top of your head with your chin tilted slightly downwards. This will hopefully give you an extra centimeter or two to your overall height.
