23, it is unlikely that your height will increase anymore. Most people stop growing around the age of 18. However, you may benefit from releasing tension in your spine, which may add a centimeter to your height. Try practicing spinal twists, bridge poses and threading and needle pose. When you relax the tension in your spine, you may stand taller and thereby add a centimeter or two to your height. If you practice yoga daily, you will likely release tension from your whole body and also stand taller, giving the same effect.
Yoga cannot stop or prevent your hair from falling out. However, if your hair loss if caused by stress and/or anxiety, you may benefit from reducing stress in your life through yoga. Any form of yoga will help reduce stress in your life; however, the most beneficial may be Hatha or Kundalini styles. These styles of yoga incorporate meditation and deep breathing into the practice. Deep breathing through your asanas will help reduce stress in your body and provide you with an overall feeling of well being. Consistent meditation after your yoga practice will also assist in reducing stress. The key is consistent practice of both deep breathing and meditation.
