Yoga for Beginner

I was wondering how often you should work out with Yoga? I purchased the Yoga burn DVD with Rodney Yee and I am a beginner. Thanks!


Ideally, Yoga should be practised on a daily basis. If you can’t, then make it a point to practise at least on alternate days.
