For reduction of stomach, you will have to do as many rounds of Surya Namaskar as your stamina permits. Further, do, for considerable lengths of time, forward bends such as Padangusthasana, Janu Sirshasana, Paschimottanasana, all complemented by their backward bends for half the length of time. You should also do Viparita Karani, Sarvangasana and, if you can, Sirshasana for as long as you can hold the poses. It will also help to do Pranayamas such as Kapalabhati, Anuloma-Viloma, Suryabhedana and Bhastrika. Please also follow, as strictly as you can, a Yoga diet.
