Improve Physical Balance with Yoga Exercises

For several thousand years, Yoga has been flaunted for being able to help balance the body and still the mind. Balancing poses - these include the tree pose, dancer's pose, and one-leg balance pose - are great examples of how Yoga can help one achieve precisely that. When concentrating on these asanas, you are unable to think about anything else, as you start to lose balance no sooner your mind wanders. Result, you're brought back to the present.

There is a story in ancient Indian scriptures that goes as follows.
