Exercise for back pain


I use to be able to cross my legs comfortably. Since then I am suffer from back pain and crossing my legs is painful. Is there any exercises that you can recommend?

First of all, how old are you? How and when did you start developing the back pain? Is it lower or upper back pain? All these details are vital to answering your question. Moreover, have you consulted your physician? I suggest you do so immediately. It could – God forbid – be the sign of a slipped disc.
