For a solution to bi-polar disorders, you must practise Yoga regularly. You must do all the following:

  • Simple Yoga asanas and breathing exercises

  • Relaxation with lots of positive affirmations

  • Prayer (Mantra chanting)

  • Meditation

Do simple asanas. Don’t do anything stressful, just enough to tone up your body. Practise plenty of slow breathing, inhale and exhale to the count of 5. Also do lots of Anuloma Viloma pranayama.
