Yoga Exercise helpful to increase height

I m 24 years old.s it possible to increase my height with the help of yoga exercises.Which kind of yoga exercises are helpful and effective to increase height.


How to increase height

Yoga cannot help you grow. At 24 years of age, most people have grown to their full height. It is likely that you are of similar height to your parents or your siblings However, yoga may be able to help you release tension in your back that can help give you one or two extra centimeters. Try focusing your asanas on your spine and back. These asanas include seated and standing spinal twists, bridge pose as well as thread the needle pose. If you are new to yoga, you may wish to seek out assistance for the bridge pose.Do not push yourself too hard and initially only hold the pose for 30 seconds.If you are more advanced, you may want to try holding the pose for longer, sometimes up to a minute.

As well, you may find from assistance from pretending that a string is tied to the top of your head and is pulling you up to the ceiling.This will cause you to stand more straight in your standing asanas.Remember, you are not going to grow any more form the practice of yoga, but simply may straighten out your spine and add a few extra centimeters.
