hi, since i left india i am facing hair loss it because of the change of water?its not that i dont eat a balanced diet or take all the vitamins.i dont know what to do.please help me

Yoga diet for hair loss 

Hair loss can be due to multiple factors, change in water can be one of those. If the water is hard in nature or if the weather is not suitable or if you are using a shampoo with lot of chemicals which do not suit your hair, all of these coupled with stress then hair loss is possible. Also if you have severe dandruff or if you have a habit of applying the conditioner on your scalp then hair loss is possible. Yoga and meditation will help you to relax and reduce the stress levels in your body. Stress is the major factor for hair loss so when your daily stress levels are decreased your hair loss will also automatically will lessen. You can try the following home remedies for hair loss –

  • Apply a mixture of 2 egg white and few drops of lemon on the scalp. After 30 minutes wash it off with a mild shampoo. This will help to strengthen your hair from the roots.
  • Avoid using harsh shampoos and chemical treatments like re bonding, curling, blow drying, ironing on your hair as these damage your hair to a greater extent. If you feel water is the problem then after washing your hair make the last rinse with vinegar or beer, this will help bring shine in the hair and prevent hair loss.
