Jogging or running is also beneficial for those trying to lose weight. Some may find it tedious, painful and tiring but the results are great. However there are various factors that one needs to make note off with regards to running or jogging.

One of the most important running tips for beginners would be to choose a suitable location, wherein there are no obstacles and the running path or track is not stony or littered as this could cause injuries or simply make the experience uncomfortable. After the initial weeks one can gradually start increasing their workout time. When running or jogging one should also spend some time cooling down post the run as much as the time they spent warming up. One should always get adequate health checks done and should never run or jog when suffering from any injuries or strains. Some other running tips for beginners include keeping a work out log. This will help to indicate what one is doing correctly and will make a note of the time. Beginners can use a heart rate monitor to keep tabs on their pulse rates when they are working out.
