Yoga is one of the oldest forms of spiritual paths in the world today. It was originated in India over a thousand years ago. The concept of yoga has reached in every corner of the world and the reason being, its endless benefits. Yoga is considered to cure and improve each and every part of the body. Yoga techniques benefit the body, mind and soul.

Yoga has the ability to treat a person physiologically, psychologically and also spiritually. These three aspects are the most important in a person's life. When these three aspects are in balance, a person will feel positive and pleased with life. Some of the benefits of yoga are as follows:-
