The breast size in a woman depends on various factors such as genetics, weight, and so on. Doing certain yoga exercises can help you to increase or reduce the size of your breasts. Breasts are made up of fat and do not have any muscle tissue. Therefore, any exercise that works on the chest muscles results in upholding the breast tissue. Yoga exercises help to work on the chest and the upper back muscles.

Yoga exercises that can increase low breast size to high breast side include:-
1. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose): Lie on the floor on your stomach. Your chin should touch the floor. Put your hands under your thighs and stretch your toes upwards. Use your elbows to raise your body from the ground, till your arms turn straight. Ensure that your pelvis, feet and thighs are held firmly to the ground during this .Hold this pose for 15 seconds.
2. Sukhasana (Sitting Pose): Sit on the floor and fold your hands at the elbows as if you are praying. Press the base of the palms against each other .Breathe in and out slowly while doing this. Hold this for 10 seconds, relax, press again, and relax. Do this 15 times. Do this exercise 2-3 times a day for best results.

The most effective way to reduce your breast size is to perform high impact yoga like Bikram yoga or Ashtanga or Power yoga. In most cases, breast size can be decreased with general weight loss. Remember that yoga as an exercise helps to reduce a person’s overall body weight rather than the weight of a particular part in the body. A 90 minute Bikram yoga class burns around 1000 calories while Power yoga or Ashtanga burns about 700 calories in each yoga workout. Yoga exercises that decrease high breast size to low breast size are:

1. Shirshasana (Headstand): In this pose, a person stands upside down on his head. This results in the blood flow towards the head and the heart due to gravity.
Apart from this exercise, continue to do high impact yoga about 2-3 times a week.  This will result in weight loss and loss of fat from the breasts as well.

A yoga exercise to tone long or sagging breasts is Paschimottanasan (Spinal Stretch). Performing this regularly will help to tone breasts. While exercises or Pilates may not technically increase breast size from low to high these exercises help to firm and plump the breasts that you do have. Therefore, they look larger and more different.
