Natural Cure To Make Breasts Firm And Toned

My breasts are not firmed and very large and they look very weird, please suggest some remedies to tone it up

Sagging breasts are mostly a problem related to aging. As we grow older, our skin loses elasticity and is unable to be as firm as when we are younger. Like skin on most parts of the body, our breasts suffer from the loss of elasticity too. But then, it would be wrong to say that it’s just age that causes sagging of breasts. Pregnancy, wrong ways of breast feeding, irregular menstruation, menopause, and sudden weight loss after crash dieting are just as responsible as age. A reason that most women tend to overlook is wearing ill fitting bras. A woman should wear a well-fitting bra for at least 10 hours a day, especially while working out. Wearing a bra rests ligaments, which are otherwise overused. Also, one’s diet should be rich in protein, essential fats, carbohydrates, salts, vitamins, calcium, and minerals. At the same time, animal fat should be avoided. And, replacing your standard cooking oil with virgin olive oil and oily fish will help a lot.

How To Fix Sagging Breast

If you want your breasts to be firmer, consume antioxidant supplements like vitamin C and E, especially vegetables like onion, garlic, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, and cauliflower. Proteins are especially essential in toning the muscles and keeping them firm. Proteins also provide collagen to the tissues, which keep them toned. While you are making efforts to firm up your breasts, you must reduce the consumption of nicotine, caffeine, chocolates, and carbonated drinks.

Other than these dietary changes, there are a few exercises you can do to make your breasts firmer and younger. Swimming is probably the best exercise to get a healthy and firm bust line. You can do some simple yoga exercises. Slowly raise your arms as high as you can. Then, join your palms above the head. Push your arms in the upward direction as much as you can. Stay in this position for as long as you can. Repeating this as many times as you can for 15 minutes daily will tone up the sides of your breasts. Within two months you will find a gentle lift in your breasts. You can couple this with a daily massage with aloe vera gel, emu oil or almond oil. Massage any of these for about 10 minutes it in upward motion. Another effective remedy is bathing the breasts with cold and hot water alternatively. For that, you can alternately spray hot water and then cold water about five times. Doing this improves blood circulation and gives your breasts a better shape.
