There are several foods that are easily available to help you increase your sexual libido. One of the more well-known and popular options easily available to enhance one’s sexual simulation is celery. Celery is known to promote the occurrence of a powerful hormone referred to as androsterone which is odorless and secreted through the male perspiration.

Pumpkin Seeds And Libido

Pumpkin seeds are another known aphrodisiac known to be as effective. This is because pumpkin seeds contain a high content of zinc which is required by the male body to produce testosterone. Pumpkin seeds are also considered to be rich in the essential fatty acid, Omega – 3, which behaves as a predecessor of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are potent substance that acts like a hormone and is found in many bodily tissues (and especially in semen). It is also good idea to add almonds to your diet as these are another excellent source of essential fatty acids. Almonds are also known to provide the foundation for the production of male hormones essential in maintaining sexual drive.

Avocados are another effective fruit that can be added to enhance the sexual libido. According to folklore, the avocado trees were referred to as ‘testicle trees’ by the ancient Aztecs. This fruit is known to boost the female as well as the male libido. As the avocado fruit has very high amounts of folic acid, it helps in metabolizing proteins resulting in more energy for you. The fruit also contains vitamin B6 which is believed to be helpful in increasing male hormone production.

Asparagus is another unusual alternative that can be used. Asparagus is believed to be an excellent source of vitamin E, which has been for long referred to as the ‘sex vitamin’. You can also use holy basil in increasing blood circulation, stimulating sexual drive and boosting fertility. Cardamom, which is more familiar as an aromatic spice is also known to have a high content of cineole, which is effective in increasing blood flow to the genital areas. Figs can also be used as an effective remedy in enhancing male sexual libido as they are rich in amino acids, which are critical in boosting sexual stamina.
