Suggest some home remedies to get rid of blackheads in my inner thighs

What Causes Blackheads In Inner Thighs

If you have blackheads between your thighs, it is quite possible that the cause is your weight. It has been often seen that overweight people tend to develop blackheads on their inner thighs. People who are overweight experience a lot of friction between their thighs when they walk. This not only produces sweat but also becomes a cause for irritation and constant itching. Other reasons could be excessive lubrication in the vagina or lack of personal hygiene.

There is good news though. However ugly these blackheads are, they don’t remain a nuisance for long. They are completely curable and in fact there are a lot of cosmetic home remedies that you can try on yourself at home to get rid of these.

Home Remedies

Usually herbs are used for the treatment of these black heads but to ensure that you don’t get them again, there are some things that you have to do. First and foremost, you should try to lose any excess weight. Being overweight is the likeliest cause of the forming in the first place. In the mean time, you should also make sure that this area is kept as clean as possible. Use a body scrub to exfoliate between your thighs. Regular exfoliation helps cease the buildup of blackheads. An exfoliating soap or cream can also do the trick but whatever you use, it should be mild and gentle. You don’t want harsh chemicals or scrubs damaging your inner thighs and causing you added discomfort.

You can also get a hygiene wash from the market and wash your thighs regularly with it. Use it when you come home from work, or when you have been involved in any strenuous exercise.

Take a long hot shower in the morning or spend an extra five minutes in a warm bath. The water and the steam will help soften the skin and loosen up the blackheads.

To get rid of these blackheads, you can use a blackhead removal strip. If you are unable to dislodge them with the strip, you can use a regular blackhead remover to scrape off the blackheads gently. Since your skin is tender after bathing, the blackheads will come off very easily.

You can also soak some radish seeds in water and crush them and then apply the paste on your inner thighs. Sprinkle a little sugar over this paste and then use circular motions to slowly scrub off the blackheads.
