Name of the ready made ayurvedic medicine for cure of varicose vein and yoga exercise for its control

Varicose veins are tortuous and enlarged veins that generally affect your legs and hands. In case of an emergency, your health care provider may recommend surgery, but for mild to moderate cases, yoga for varicose veins can be quite beneficial. There are a number of asanas and yoga practices that can provide relief from varicose veins. Yoga for varicose veins can be in the form of relaxation and stretching techniques. Certain asanas such as Savasana (Corpse Pose), Ardha Sarvangasana (Half Shoulder Stand), and Halasana (Plow Pose) help in the circulation of blood.  Pranayama (breathing exercises), on the other hand, can help you get rid of any discomfort you may have due to varicose veins. This is done by getting in to your bloodstream more of oxygen.
You can try out various poses for varicose veins such as Viparita Karani (Legs-up-the-Wall Pose) and Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose). Yoga asanas that place your head down and legs above can for a temporary period reverse the blood pooling that is related to varicose veins. Viparita Karani is a very simple yoga exercise for varicose veins. Sleep on your back on the floor and raise your feet and legs high against a wall. The blood will be pushed to your heart with the help of gravity. You can practice this twice daily. However, those suffering from back problems should check with their health care provider before practicing such yoga poses for varicose veins. The Sarvangasana is quite simple, and it works well for experienced practitioners and beginners as well. Some other yoga asanas for varicose veins include the Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose) and Sirhasana (Head Stand Pose). Savasana (Corpse Pose) is a great pose to relax the whole body. In addition to yoga for varicose veins, Pilates for varicose veins can also be done as it also known to be beneficial.
In addition to yoga and Pilates, here are a few tips to help you relieve varicose veins:
• Avoid sitting (legs-crossed) and standing for too long as this could worsen the symptoms of varicose veins.
• Herbs such as butcher’s broom and horse chestnut help increase blood circulation, which, in turn, helps treat varicose veins.
• Further progress of varicose veins can be prevented by following a diet that is high in foods that are rich in flavoniods such as berries. Plenty of vegetables and high-fiber foods help overall blood circulation and supply vitamins and nutrients that are required to treat varicose veins.
