PRACTICE - Raise your right thigh and take your right knee up to a 90° angle.
- Support your thigh with your hands (fingers interlocked) and keep your right leg parallel to the ground.
- Next, turn your right lower leg around your knee joint 5 times. Do this both clockwise and anti-clockwise breathing normally.
- Lower your right leg back down on the floor and do the same exercise with your left leg.
Note - As you rotate your leg, let the part below your knee to hang freely
- This exercise can even be done sitting in a chair or at the edge of a bed.
- By continuously and regularly practising Knee rotation, you suffer no risk of injuring your knee joint. Subsequently, Arthritis is taken care of.
