Cow Face Pose - Gomukhasana Technique 1
Sit erect stretching both your legs forwards, hands by your sides, palms resting the floor, fingers pointing forwards.
2. Fold your right leg at the knee and place it on the floor next to your left buttock.

Similarly take, place your left leg by the side of your right buttock.
4. The toes of both feet should be pointing backwards.

Place your palms on one knee one above the other and sit erect.
6. Now take your right arm above and behind your back 7. Bring your left hand from behind to hold your right hand.
8 Gazing in front give your hands a good stretch.
9. Hold the pose for as long as you can.
10 Next repeat it by changing the position of your legs and hands.
