Crunches To Flatten Stomach
Traditional crunches should not be the only exercise. To lose stomach fat you will need to work at all areas of your body, not just the stomach. A basic crunch exercise is one where you assume a reclined position on the back. Your knees should be bent. Make sure that the feet are placed flat on the ground, your hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders off the ground for a few minutes, keep this position for a while and then return to your original position again. This should be done at least 10-12 times. Ab exercises to flatten the stomach include the above basic crunch as well as Criss Cross Ab crunch, Crossover Abdominal crunch, Vertical Leg Ab crunch.
