Shakti Yoga classes are offered in two complementary, dynamic, unique styles. These are Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and Shakti Vinyasa Yoga.

The institution specializes in offering Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga imparted by trained teachers coached by master teacher, Baron Baptiste and Senior Baptiste teacher, Lisa Black. Their enduring relationship with the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute helps maintain quality, standards, and efficiency of the practices and principles of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga.
