InsightHaving developed your skills of concentration and achieved a state of tranquility, you will observe that insight follows.
Insight involves a growing awareness of ones own existence, and of the temporary nature of emotions and thoughts.
Insight means seeing in a special way into the true nature of something (for example, we see who we are and see into the nature of ourselves).
Surprisingly tranquility and insight are part of each other.
Neither of them can function separately so they must work together as a unity. Once we know something, we close our minds to everything.
So while developing insight, don’t look for knowledge of facts, but look for a sense of awareness. .
