crocodile pose

The crocodile pose, also known as the Makarasana, is the perfect pose for relaxation of both the mind and body. It relaxes your muscles and relieves fatigue after a vigorous work out.

How to do the Crocodile Pose?
Lie down on the floor with your chin, chest, and abdomen touching the floor. Now, rest your forehead on yours wrists. Stretch your legs to relax the calf and thigh muscles. Now stretch your legs towards the right and left and let your toes point away from each other. After this, place your arms perpendicular to your torso. Now bend your arms at your elbow and fold them. Perform abdominal breathing while doing these steps. Your arms will now form a triangle around your face.  Lift your face and bury it in the cavity created by your arms. Close your eyes and breathe easily. This improves the blood circulation in your body, relaxing your body.
