Yoga for blood pressure -How much yoga is beneficial after paralysis attack?
A paralytic attack is directly related to or connected with Blood Pressure. The amount of blood that passes through the blood vessels in a given period of time is called blood flow. Blood Pressure is the force at which the blood flows, a mandatory requirement in the body. It is the pressure applied by blood in the blood vessels and against its walls. For normal blood pressure, you have to maintain a balance between your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Continuous rise in Blood Pressure, over a period of time, results in a paralytic stroke or a paralytic attack as well as impaired renal function that could cause your kidneys to fail.

Yoga Diet
This is of tremendous importance in effecting a quick cure. It is very important to alter your diet, change your life style and outlook towards life. Your diet, like your life, should be stress free, tension free, and toxin free. So, you will have to switch to easily digestible foods that will help establish control over your condition. Heavy, fatty, spicy and junk foods will only make matters worse. Have lots of salads, fresh fruit yogurt and buttermilk and avoid milk and other dairy products like cheese and butter. When consuming cereals, make it a point to choose whole grain varieties. Observe regular timings for meals, and see that your evening meal is very light, preferably just a fruit plate. See that you have your last meal at least two hours before retiring to bed.
