How To Improve Balance With Yoga

This exercise requires you to lie down on your abdomen in the shape of a bow and balance your body. Another difficult pose is ‘Garudhasana’ or the eagle pose, which works your shoulder and lower back areas to support your back and feet.

To achieve good balance, it is not just important to be physically strong, but also have the mental agility to focus on your posture. For this purpose, Ujjayi breathing is particularly useful, as it allows you to take in a full breath and calms down your entire nervous system. This exercise brings your body into a state of mental relaxation.

You can always practice yoga at home, but it is a good idea to first learn the proper techniques from a trained instructor. With regular practice and proper guidance, there is no reason why your balance should not improve. After all, Yoga is all about balance; not just the physical aspect, but also the emotional and spiritual aspect.
