Yoga can offer many different things to different people. It can leave you toned and supple or may even leave you spiritually enlightened according to some yoga teachers. There are many different forms of yoga, for example some are more physical while some are highly spiritual. So depending on your needs you can draw lines for this form of exercise and select the postures according to your needs. But in general yoga is good for conditions like migraine, digestive disorders, stress-related illness, depression, fatigue, premenstrual syndrome, aging, back pain, mobility problems and arthritis.
