While deciding on running sandals, women need to keep in mind that the adjustment points of the sandals are tight enough to keep your foot from moving forward and that there are the right kinds of straps to hold your foot the right way while you run. To avoid blisters most women choose to wear socks over the sandals so that they can protect their feet. Hiking sandals for women are usually open footwear as the trails for hiking are through a rough terrain and your feet need to be well protected. Whatever the activity, whether walking, running or hiking remember to pick sandals and shoes after trying them on so that they do not cause any discomfort when you exercise.
