You are far too young to be having a belly so large! And there are several ways you can use very effectively to get rid of this belly as well. You will need to follow a strict routine of diet and exercise for at least three months. After this time, once you have achieved the results you are looking for, you can start to let go of your regimen, but even then, you will need to always make sure you watch what you eat and also ensure that you are getting in some sort of daily exercise. While it may be so that you have a tendency to develop excessive weight, you should be aware that this is best kept in check always. To start with, try to develop a morning routine of exercise. If you eat too much of salt, your body will tend to retain water, which is also very largely instrumental in making you gain excessive weight. Try to eat healthy snacks. For instance, if you are hankering for a snack, you can have carrots, apples, or any other fruit or raw edible vegetable. Choose foods that contain less carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are very heavy on the system and will generally tend to make you gain weight in any case. Completely eliminate from your diet rice and fried meat. These are the worst offenders. You should also try and choose everyday low fat options. For example, switch to skim or low fat milk, or opt for yogurt instead of ice cream. Small things will go a long way in making a difference!
