Some of the ‘farty’ foods that should be avoided if your house has started to resemble a sulfur spring are onions, beans, cabbages, radish, bananas, prunes, dark beer, and wine.
  • No dairy. Consuming dairy products can also make you fart more frequently, especially if you are lactose intolerant. The worst offenders include cheese, milk, and cottage cheese.
